Covid 19

Our parish churches are now open again for regular congregational worship. All the latest government guidlines are followed, and we have been able to create safe spaces in which to worship.

From Sunday 25th July congregational singing will be permitted. We will still be taking precautions in church and people are encouraged to continue wearing face coverings when moving around the building.

Sunday Services are as follows:

9.15 a.m. at St. Martin's Church, Owston Ferry

10.45 a.m. at St. Nicholas' Church, Haxey.

Please feel free to come and join us.

Also, if you know of anyone who may appreciate a phone call please let me know.

Please also be assured of God’s love during this difficult time and beyond. The Light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it.

A prayer for all those affected by coronavirus

Keep us, good Lord,
under the shadow of your mercy.
Sustain and support the anxious,
be with those who care for the sick,
and lift up all who are brought low;
that we may find comfort
knowing that nothing can separate us from your love
in Christ Jesus our Lord.
